Best Bottomless Mimosa Brunch Spots in Denver

I remember when I first came to Denver and I discovered that brunch was a thing. People literally block off their entire mid-mornings/afternoons on the weekends to eat, drink bottomless alcoholic beverages and talk about the chaos of life - and I don't mind it one bit. Think of it as the adult version of Kegs and Eggs, but with slightly better food, a little less regret (hopefully), and no homework to get done last minute - just adult responsibilities to ignore.

Here are a few of my favorite brunch spots in Denver in no particular order. All of these options include bottomless mimosas, because is there really any other way to brunch?

Root Down
Ok, when I say in no particular order, I lied. This one is at the top of my list and for good reason. Root Down is known for their deliciously organic food and killer atmosphere. They have eclectic decor and a great patio for the warmer months. You get the option to choose between regular bottomless mimosas and blood orange mimosas. I'm obsessed with the Fried Chicken & Goat Cheese Biscuits, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I recommend getting a reservation because spots usually fill up fast. You can hit up their bar area while you wait for your table, too.

The Lobby
This place has some great food options and is really reasonably priced. The Lobby is the perfect spot for a large group. Just be sure to get a reso and come together because they don't seat incomplete parties. Why a group, you ask? Because if you have five or more people in your group and you all order bottomless mimosas, they serve your drinks in a giant tower. That's right, my friends. Towers. Of. Mimosas. [Mic drop]

Zengo
Zengo takes bottomless brunch to a whole new level. It's great for someone like me who always has a problem choosing between a sweet or savory dish. Another great group spot, Zengo is known for their bottomless small plates and drinks. You can order a variety of dishes to share with the table. From sushi to waffles, all are DELICIOUS. Also included in the bottomless brunch - bottomless drinks. You can choose between different flavored mimosas, a bloody bar, sangria and margaritas and you don't have to stick to just one. Order as many different ones as you'd like. Zengo is a pretty large space so you'll rarely have to wait.

Linger
Linger is a sister restaurant to Root Down and boasts the same eclectic and fun atmosphere. The food is slightly different than Root Down's organic menu, but just as delicious. If it's warm out, I recommend sitting on their rooftop patio. Again, bottomless mimosas are always an option here. Fun fact: this place used to be an old mortuary. You'll see deco throughout that tells a little bit of the past. So sip on some mimosas and try to forget the fact that you're probably surrounded by the dead. I kid. Make sure to get a reservation because this place fills up fast. They do have open bar seating, so the earlier you go, the better.

Max's Gill & Grill
Max's is located in the Wash Park neighborhood of Denver. It's a different atmosphere than the others on this list, but we love it just the same. With a menu heavy on the seafood side, this place can easily satisfy the savory side of your palate. Crab benny anyone? Don't worry though. There are also options such as waffles and other typical brunch fair. Again, more bottomless mimosas.

Ophelia's
If you'll remember one of the earlier posts, we did a review of Ophelia's here. This spot was actually where we had our first blog meeting so it will forever be near and dear to our hearts. An amazing atmosphere, incredible food and more bottomless mimosas make Ophelia's another great brunch option. The patio is adorable and the service is wonderful. This place also has a great nighttime scene, but we'll save that for another post.
